RECRUITMENT CHARGES

OTHER CONDITIONS AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Key Personnel and Local candidates will not be charged a fee, however candidates from overseas will have to bear the cost of medicals, immigrations clearance, overseas employment clearance, local agency service fees, costs of administration and transportation etc. which will be handled by our business partners in the respective countries.
  
  
• The fee includes full office support for the complete interview process from screening, short-listing, actual interviews, contract processing/acceptances, medicals, passport control, transportation for candidates to the airport etc.
  
  
• Media Advertisements (where applicable or requested) will be sent to you for approval prior to being published and related costs will be borne by your company.
  
  
• In the event if you wish to conduct live interviews in the respective countries then travel and accommodation for your representative will be borne by you. Our Consultant, who may travel along with your representative, will bear his or her own cost. However, we may offer to bear the cost of travel and accommodation (in a 5* property for a maximum of 3 days) of your representative if a recruitment contract for more than 30 candidates is assured from any single country.
  
  
• Interview venues in each country may be provided at our agency offices on a complimentary basis.
  
  
• Charges for entry visas and air tickets from the country of domicile, for selected candidates will be borne by your company.
  
  
• Santini Human Solutions understands that respective fees will only be levied upon the arrival of staff and is payable within 30 days.

Replacement Guarantee

We provide a candidate replacement guarantee of three months. During this time if the employee is found unsuitable, he/she will be replaced at no additional cost, and the cost of one-way air travel and entry visa for the replacement candidate will be borne by us. This guarantee is applicable only if the charges due to us are cleared within 30 days.

In most of the countries, there is a need for paperwork to be completed prior to advertising. Upon the acceptance of our agreement, we will handover the required documents to be completed as required. These may require attestation from different government authorities in UAE, which must be processed by your company.
