If you have decided to recruit overseas
workers, we would like you to advise us your opinion,
proposal and the Company policies on the following matters.
Please respond in detail.
- Please fax us all the categories of Staffs /
workers / manpower required. The number of persons
on each category or position, the salary levels
minimum and the maximum basic salary negotiable
for each category.
- Please fax us the job descriptions, qualification,
experience required for each category separately.
- PLACE OF WORK IN DETAIL - Location, site
project, area, nature of job, describe in detail.
So that the candidates can be briefed prior to recruitment
and deployment.
- AIR TICKET (UP & DOWN) - Are you providing
the air ticket at commencement of contract from
Country of origin to country of employment? Are
you providing the air ticket at the end of contract
from country of employment to country of origin.
Do you provide annual leave tickets?
- FOOD - Do you provide free meals? Do you
pay for meals allowance? OR Food is not provided?
If food is not provided, do you have facilities
for self-cooking such as Kitchen, Gas Cylinder,
Cooker, Refrigeration & Kitchen Utensils etc.
etc?
- ACCOMMODATION - Are you providing free
accommodation? If so, please describe the facilities
in accommodation. If accommodation is not provided,
how much as an allowance will be paid for each category
separately?
- MEDICAL FACILITIES - Are you providing
free medical within the Company private Hospital
/ Clinic or government Hospital by arranging a medical
Card. If the Company does not provide free Medical,
do you pay them an allowance?
- WOKING HOURS / NO. OF DAYS PER WEEK / OFF
DAY - How many hours of work per day. Is it
on one shift or two shifts? Is there a working roster,
number of days per week, what is the off day, please
describe in detail?
- EMPLOYEES ENTRY VISA & RESIDENCE VISA
EXPENSES : - Is there any policy in your Company
regarding any deduction of any expenses incurred
by your Company for Medical, Entry Visa, Residence
Visa, Renewal of Residence Visa etc. etc… If so,
please explain in detail and fax us for briefing
the recruits prior to arrival in the country of
employment?
- CONTRACT PERIOD - How many years and is
it renewable, please describe?
- OVERTIME - If the workers work overtime,
how are the overtime hours are calculated in what
ration, please describe in detail.
- TERMINATION / RESIGNATION CONDITIONS -
In case, if an Employee of your Company resigns
(By himself) or terminated (by you) what are the
conditions and procedures of repatriation and settlement
of account, please describe.
