Santini Human Solutions has been in existence
since February 2000. The company was initially
operating under the name "Emmanuelle
Santini". The decision to change the
name to Santini Human Solutions was made
in order to create a separate entity and
in order to decentralize its activities
from the main group.
We are a part of a multi faceted
diversified business group dealing in Hotel
Supplies, Electronics, Garments, Textiles,
Agricultural products and Human Resources.
The group has business interests in Europe,
Africa, Middle East and Far East. Our U.A.E
operations started in 1979 and we started
our Jebel Ali Free Zone activities in 1995,
under the name Phoenix International.
Santini Human Solutions is
licensed by and operates under the legal
regulations of the Ministry of Labour (U.A.E)
and the Ministry of Economic Affairs (U.A.E).
The main activities are to assist and represent
companies in UAE and the Middle East, for
recruitment of qualified and professional
personnel for their operations.

Our
Team
Santini has an excellent team
of qualified professionals, whose collective
experience in the field of Human Resources
is in excess of 25 years.
A very capable General Manager, Kamal Lalwani
who has over 13 years of rich experience
in the Service Industry, heads this team.
He has worked in senior management positions
with Dnata and Emirates Airlines, and then
with Abu Dhabi Airport Services, before
moving onto an operational position with
Al Maya Lal's Group of Companies.
He finally settled into his current job,
with one of the major advantage being his
in depth knowledge of the service industry.
Our Promotion Division
focuses on providing solutions to market
your products by ways of promotional sampling
and sales.
Labour supply, Event management and Uniform
solutions are other key areas, where the
company has diversified.
